An Overview of Routing in Wired & Wireless Network

Abstract


Routing is the process of selecting best paths in a network &forwarding the information along that path. This paper concentrate on unipath& multipath routing in wired & wireless networks.There are different strategies proposed for efficient routing which claimed to provide improved performance.This paper provides an overview of different routing protocols proposed in literature.
